Mrs. Tanya E. Alarcon

I am Tanya E. Alarcon, the Principal at Woodlake Elementary. This is my 18th year as an educator and my twelfth year with Judson ISD. I have also served as Academic Coach here at Woodlake, RTI facilitator at Paschall ES as well as RTI teacher, and 5^th Grade teacher at Park Village ES. Before moving to Texas, I taught Global History, U.S. History, Government, and Economics at the secondary level in both New York and Georgia. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a Graduate Degree in Education from the City University of New York at Queens College. I completed my Principal Preparation Program at Angelo State University. My certifications include Generalist EC-6, Social Studies 4-8, and Principal.

I am proud and honored to serve the students, educators, and families of Woodlake Elementary.
